This is you

10+ years of clinical operations experience within biotech or CRO environments

Extensive hands-on experience leading Phase 1 and early Phase 2 trials

Proven track record of independently delivering clinical trials from start-up to CSR

Strong experience in CRO oversight and vendor management within outsourced models

  

The role in action

End‑to‑end trial leadership: Provide full operational leadership for assigned clinical trials, ensuring alignment with development strategy and company objectives.

Cross‑functional team management: Lead the Clinical Trial Team (CTT) across Medical, Regulatory, Biometrics, and CMC to drive clarity, accountability, and delivery.

Integrated timeline ownership: Build and maintain trial timelines from start‑up through CSR, proactively managing critical path activities.

CRO oversight: Serve as the primary operational interface with the CRO, ensuring strong oversight, performance tracking, and effective escalation.
